Questions

What happens when I want to turn it off?

Open the Unlure dashboard and choose Turn off protection. Three days later a code appears. Type it in and protection switches off; after that you can uninstall it as usual. You can cancel the request at any point, and if you do nothing within a day of the code appearing, the request lapses.

How does paying work?

You pay once for 1, 3 or 6 months, by UPI or card, through Dodo Payments, who email your receipt. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself. Buying more time while a pack runs adds it to the end.

What happens when my pack ends?

Your dashboard and the app say when it is close. After the end date, protection stays on for three more days, then switches off on your PCs and phones, and Unlure can be uninstalled. Buy more time at any point and protection comes back on by itself.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Unlure does not work on your device, ask within 7 days of paying and you get the full amount back. The refund policy has the details.

Can someone just uninstall it?

Not while protection is on: the uninstaller refuses until the wait is over. An administrator account can still remove it by hand, so for the strongest protection use a standard Windows account day to day and keep the administrator password with someone you trust. On Android, tap Block uninstalling in the app, or use the maximum lock, which nothing on the phone can remove.

Does it slow down my internet?

You should not notice it. Unlure answers the address lookups your PC already makes before every site loads. Pages themselves never pass through it.

Why does Windows warn me when I open the installer?

Unlure is new, and Windows shows that warning for programs it has not seen many times yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, on the same pack. On Android, the Unlure app blocks adult sites in every app and browser, including Reddit images, with the same three-day lock. iPhone, iPad and Mac are protected with a settings profile that your dashboard locks behind the same wait. A change to your router covers TVs, consoles and everything on your Wi-Fi. See Other devices for the steps.

I added a site but it still opens. Why?

If the site was already open, your browser keeps its connection for a while. Close the browser completely and open it again, and the block applies.
